Yes, we do offer refunds if both of these conditions are met:
- The request has been made within 7 days after first payment or renewal.
- No service has been provided within 7 days after payment.

We have several support plans, if the website is over 1GB in size a custom quote could be provided.
Virtuemart?
We are experts in Virtuemart development and support, and are familiar with its conflicts with software components. Virtuemart work requires a custom quote.
How would you access my website?
Depending on your plan, we'll need a SuperUser to your Joomla site and/or CPanel.

Where do I get support?
If you are a registered user you are able to access our Support Section, if you are not registered(no subscription is needed) you are able to use our Contact Form.
What are the payment terms?
- Monthly Support: Monthly Recurring Subscriptions.
- Hourly Support: $30 analysis payment in advance. The total payment is not due until work is completed.
- Custom Support: The total will be divided into 3 payments after the quote is approved:1st payment in advance, 2nd payment once the work is completed, 3rd and final payment due when all work is approved and moved to the client's server.
