Support Center

Please be aware that by posting a request in our support center under your plan's category, you’ll be initiating the use of your website support plan’s hours. If your website maintenance plan’s hours have been exhausted for the month, you can opt to upgrade to our higher plans or change to Hourly/Custom work.

You are able to ask us about your support hours record each month.

Definition of Website

The word website refers to 1 domain connected to 1 Joomla installation on your hosting service. If there is more than 1 Joomla installation, the client will decide which is to be covered by the membership.

The exception is a replica of the original website for test purposes (staging site is included).

Payment

After a successful payment, you will receive an email with your subscription information. You will then have access to our Support Center to submit support requests. You agree to pay the full amount indicated in the subscriptions table or accepted quote.

Emails

As a Joomla Concierge subscriber, you will receiving emails about subscription renewals, expirations, etc. By purchasing a subscription you agree to receive these emails.

Subscription Suspension

JoomlaConcierge reserves the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription with or without notice. If a subscription has been suspended no refund will be granted.

Monthly/Hourly Subscriptions

As you create new content for your web pages and blogs, Joomla Concierge will publish them appropriately to your site, along with any accompanying images. We will also update meta tags for SEO purposes when publishing new content.

We will make minor changes to your website's copy, images, or layout at your request, so long as those changes do not require longer hours than agreed upon for payment. If more in-depth changes are required, we will provide a statement of work with separate pricing for website support services.

Pricing/Billing/Privacy

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to not honor typographical errors which may cause incorrect pricing on the website. We will absolutely never sell or share your personal data with 3rd parties. All data we collect will be used for internal purposes only.

General

Joomla Concierge has the right to revise and update these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notification. Your continued usage of, or access to, Joomla Concierge will indicate your acceptance of any and all changes. You must read these Terms and Conditions along with any other terms, conditions, or disclaimers located throughout the Site.

You are responsible for complying with any local laws that are applicable in your jurisdiction.
